Lifestyle Newborn Photography Session at 9 Days Old
Meet Parker John Schuetz! The name Parker comes from Laura’s grandpa (his middle name) and John comes from Ryan’s grandpa (first name and Ryan’s middle). A perfect mix of Laura and Ryan wrapped up in one little bundle of joy. The needlepoint was the handiwork of Ryan’s grandma and both his mom and Laura’s mom created a blanket as well. And one of my favorite shots includes a beautiful, antique rocking chair passed down from Laura’s grandparents. Ryan’s mom offered her sowing skills and reupholstered the chair. What I love most about these newborn sessions is how unaware newborns are of the world around them. They can tranquilly sleep just about anywhere and in any position. They’ve all got these perfect, tiny hands and perfect, tiny feet and as you’ll see below, perfect, tiny, scrunched-up lips. As usual, I even got the dog to participate! I was told Samson can be a handful but me and dogs, we have an understanding. Check out Samson and Parker competing for Laura’s attention below; get used to it little buddy.
