Sweet Charlotte Newborn Session

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to Margaret Emeline Kenny, first child to Sarah and TJ. What a sweet Charlotte newborn session this was. I was able to capture all those adorable features of this newborn baby girl and some beautiful moments with her and the parents.  A little info on how she was named: Her first name, Margaret came from Sarah’s middle name and Sarah’s maternal grandmother’s name and the middle name, Emeline is TJ’s paternal grandmother’s name. I’m seeing a trend of more and more clients naming their children after family names, especially for the girls. Older names seem to becoming more popular for babies these days. Some other details to note from this session is the beautiful quilt made by Honu Quilting in Mint Hill, NC that hangs in the nursery. It was made with ties and shirts of Sarah’s late father. The white chest in the nursery was made by TJ himself and Sarah’s cousin painted the gorgeous initials on it. You’ll see Margaret in an adorable smocked dress, which was made by Sarah’s mother and what talent she has! So many hand made things, but nothing compares to what God made – one sweet baby girl!
